Planaken suggest you the options that best suits you, based on your preferences, so you just need to select the special one for you.
It is very easy. Once you book your plan or activity you will be prompted to validate payment. A certificate will be generated and saved within the app for your convenience on top of a confirmation email.
Within the app at the top right corner you have a dotted triange that will enable to share your plan and activity with your beloved ones and friends.
Once you have cancelled an activity or plan, we will be processing your cancelation immediatly and money will be refunded from the payment source used at payment.
Look for your bookings within the bookings section at the bottom menu bar, select the plan or activity within the Upcoming section and press cancel. We will be processing your cancelation immediatly. Please note that some activities and plans might not be cancelled a few hours before the event, you can read the conditions on the activity page.
